Groovytrain aims to have a long term relationship with its clients.
We find that a large proportion of our new business comes from recommendations, and many of our clients retain our services for site maintenance and updates long after the initial development process is complete. We constantly remind ourselves that we must demonstrate creativity, show an understanding of our client's brands and provide good customer service.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The project and account management of interactive consulting and development requires a specialist approach and skills. At Groovytrain, client accounts are run by Producers who are directly responsible to both client and production team.
You gain as a client by having a knowledgeable interactive specialist running your project - externally and internally - who is informed and can really add value at your activity.
FORMAL PRODUCTION PROCESS
In order to ensure that the management of each project is consistent and clear, Groovytrain uses a formal production process and Microsoft Project in conjunction with our Client Extranet to track activities and progress.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Central to our Production Process is a Deliverables Document detailing the work to be done. This document is signed by both client and agency, bringing clarity and accountability to the task in hand with no surprises along the way.
